is work in progress on a new study of the River
Tyne initiated by the northern branch of the
R.I.B.A. and

The
project builds on the earlier studies - Cityscape
(Newcastle) and Townscape (Gateshead) The
Exhibition will feature the work of three study
groups and include a
Public Forum on the 22,23,24
June. As
part of the Baltic's educational programme eleven
Gateshead secondary schools have created a model of
the area around the Tyne Bridge based on
Tod
Hanson's
imaginative painting commissioned by Northern
Architecture.
