The Black Swan is available for hire, with a full On Licence, we can run music and dance events until 2am Monday to Saturday and 12.30 Sundays. We host a regular Friday night event, but please enquire about booking your party, wedding, theatre, music or business event on any other day.

Hire Fees:

Monday - Saturday £250

Includes:

  • Private use of the bar, venue and courtyard from 6.30-11.30pm. (bar from 7-11pm)
  • CD system in the bar area
  • Basic party lighting
  • Use of the buffett tables if required
  • One door person and bar staff

Upon Booking A £75 deposit (non-refundable) applys.

Extended hours:

Extra hours either before 6.30pm or after 11.30pm are charged at £50 per extra hour. A 2am cut off applies.

Other facilities available:

  • Banquet tables and chairs (complete with white cloths) - £7 per table.
  • Main room PA - £80 (including sound tec)
  • Digital projector and screen - £35 per night

We can source of range of drinks, including cask ales, cocktails, cava's. English wines and whiskeys, please enquire.
