Booking Procedure – What happens next?
If you pay online you will be sent an email to let you know your place has been booked.
What should you bring with you on the day?
Nothing at all! We provide all the materials you need for every course.
We do recommend wearing clothing that is easily washed – just in case!
Lunch
Lunch is not provided.
Where do the art courses take place?
Gallery space (same building as details Art Store). This can be reached through the Black Swan Courtyard on Westgate Road.
Parking
We recommend parking in the Grainger Town Multi-Storey (NE1 4DP) – 5 Minute walk from Newcastle Arts Centre.
Cancelling a course booking?
If you are not able to come to a course you have booked just get in touch with us as soon as you can. We will try to arrange a full refund where possible. You must inform us at least one week before the course’s start date to guarantee a refund.
Buying a course place as a gift?
We are happy to post you out a gift voucher for any one of our courses! Just let us know at the checkout under Additional Comments or give us a call during business hours.
