Booking Procedure – What happens next?
If you pay online you will be sent an email to let you know your place has been booked.
What should you bring with you on the day?
Any drawing materials you wish to use. We will have some materials available on a first-come-first-served basis, and we also have discounted material packs available to purchase. We do recommend wearing clothing that is easily washed – just in case!
Lunch
Lunch is not provided.
Refreshments
Refreshments are not provided, however we provide water for our attendants.
Where do the art courses take place?
The course will take place in the North of England Art Club studio on the Second Floor of our Studio Block. This can be reached through the Black Swan Courtyard (on Westgate Road).
Parking
We recommend parking in the Grainger Town Multi-Storey (NE1 4DP) – 5 Minute walk from Newcastle Arts Centre.
Cancelling a course booking?
If you are not able to come to a course you have booked just get in touch with us as soon as you can. We will try to arrange a full refund where possible, but you must give us a week’s notice. This allows us time to re-advertise the place.
Buying a course place as a gift?
Just let us know at the checkout under Additional Comments or give us a call during business hours. Tell us the name of the student who will be attending and we’ll put them on the list. If you would like, we can send you an amended order confirmation email that you can pass onto the recipient.
