Booking Procedure – What happens next?
If you pay online you will be sent an email to let you know your place has been booked.
What should you bring with you on the day?
Nothing at all! We provide all the materials you need for every course as well as tea & coffee throughout the day. We do recommend wearing clothing that is easily washed – just in case!
Lunch is not provided, however The Jazz Cafe offer a discount to all our students on the day of their course.
Where do the art courses take place?
All courses take place in Studio A or Studio B on the Second Floor of our Studio Block. This can be reached through the Black Swan Courtyard or Craftshop entrance (Both on Westgate Road).
We recommend parking in the Grainger Town Multi-Storey (NE1 4DP) – 5 Minute walk from Newcastle Arts Centre.
Cancelling a course booking?
If you are not able to come to a course you have booked just get in touch with us as soon as you can. We will try to arrange a full refund where possible. If there is no time to re-advertise the place we will always book you on to a future course at no additional cost.
Buying a course place as a gift?
We are happy to post you out a gift voucher for any one of our courses! Just let us know at the checkout under Additional Comments or give us a call during business hours.
