Looking for North East based creatives to perform or deliver an artist talk or poetry reading.
This is an opportunity to brush off those lockdown projects and share with an audience in the court yard of the Newcastle Arts Centre. Particularly interested in experimental work from emerging creatives. Past Creative Space events have had attendance of 35+ and the community keeps growing!

Hi I have collective over 100poems from front care staff and published these. Would love to read some and discuss the conditions they were wrote in. Love audience participation and thinking about poems. Here’s a short example 4 lines called a Lancashire lockdown. He thought he knew her. He had no doubt. As it happens. He knew nowt. Could ask the people. Why he knew nothing. Do you know anyone until you live with them. Reversing the gender affects the word especially if spoken softly She thought he knew him. She had no doubt. As it happens. She knew nowt. Easily fill a half hour slot sharing this small sample. Angela
